1) Is it legal
and
2) Do you know how to legally wield it's power?

@ master daniel ....gmta brother....I have one of them too...had it for a few years now...

To answer the questions in the previous post...I can't answer the legality of other states...but in florida....yes it's legal provided you don't go about presenting it in a threatening manner, and it's use must for defense only and cannot be excessive...ie against an unarmed assailant....
