How can you say to your brother, 'Brother, let me take the speck out of your eye,' when you yourself fail to see the plank in your own eye? You hypocrite, first take the plank out of your eye, and then you will see clearly to remove the speck from your brother's eye.

If I was a newer Jedi. If I was just starting on this path and did not know some members of the Jedi community as I do. I would have after this last week walked away calling the whole of the Jedi path full of hypocrites. If had seen the behavior of so-called Knights and community leaders this last week and took that to be who they are as people or what a Jedi is to behave like I would have laughed this path off as yet another two-faced philosophy where no one really believes what they spout.
It's disappointing to the extreme to see supposed Knights and leaders laughing at violence against political opposition no matter how awful the views held are. It's sad to see so-called beacons of light spreading misinformation, fear, hate and basically doing nothing to understand rather than be understood.
As I know people can't respond here or at least shouldn't you can PM me if you want but this is mostly just needed to vent somewhere semi-private but still open enough for people to consider my words.

I cannot stand by any longer in silence while I watch the schools of this country see their futures fall apart in budgets set by those who are not affected by them.

I may be one person, but I am one person who can (and now has) added their voice to the many.

What on earth are you doing in the unit above mine? Twelve hours straight of this periodic, thirty second bursts of jack hammering sounds are getting very tiresome.... Especially when it's 200am and still happening ever ten minutes or so....

Ok, how about not going to sleep with the dishwasher on, you know, just in case something fails like a hose busting and flooding the house for say 8 hours before you wake up to a swimming pool. I mean, I get we must have an element of trust in technology but SERIOUSLY, consider possession as stewardship instead of ownership and you might become a bit more of an effective player in this silly thing called life. Now imagine if it was your house, and how much this would have cost you as a result, and tell me your ever going to do it again? But I guess its someone elses house so you'll just view it as bad luck and an inconvenience and carry on being a turd. Because lets face it, your the one floating around right now LOL. Or in another way, if you'd been awake when the dishwasher failed you would have detected the leak very quickly and stopped all the damage to the property and resultant cost to the owner and inconvenience to you - seem obvious?
