The Grateful Thread

I am grateful for a return to the positive vibe in the Temple this morning. I'm feeling motivated and inspired. Thank you all!

I'm grateful for the opportunity to read all of the contributions I've received for my Jedi Perspectives project. I cannot wait to share them all with you.

I am grateful to have such a kind and wise teacher who not only reaches out to me in times of need (even if I don't think I'm in need) but who also encourages me to find the answers for myself and helps on the path rather than walking it for me.

Over the past couple of months things have been complicated at home and I withdrew from people. Especially here.Spoke only to a few and those mainly on skype or google
.So this Temple became distant and I felt alone, apart from it. Some of the chaos at home became in a strange way anger and disapointment directed towards the Temple.
Then I had a couple of conversations where without knowing it, the people gave me a wake up.. A realisation that the choices I was making were stopping me from being more a part of the Temple.
What I needed, hope, connections, just advice, help, friendship, were there, were always there. But I had to reach out to take it, to accept and open up. I had to choose to see what was there.
I had my eyes opened a lot recently in regards to members of the Temple, the honesty, the strength, the support and hope that they have shown is beyond words..Its overwhelming to hear there kind and considered words. Not words to make me feel better but words I needed to hear, so much compassion that I dont feel I deserve.
Given how I have judged this Temple and the groups within.
So I am not alone.Not ignored.But I am humbled by the love in your words, by your honesty, by how much hope I feel from you.The chaos isnt over and its still hard. But just feeling like you are there, no matter what happens.. Dont think you will ever know how much that means to me. I dont have the words to explain.You make me feel like I can breath, even if its just for a moment and that is the most precious feeling any group has given me.I am grateful for you all,grateful for each and every member and If one day I can repay this kindness. I am grateful for a Temple that works daily.
I see the life's changed I am a pert and we are a part of this wonderful whole. Praise be to the Force and all who are here along side me on their very own journey.!

I am grateful for an unexpected perspective. It really made my day.

I am gratefull for gentleness , its a great strenght in a rude and unsincere world , a light of tenderness in a harsh enviroment and that is what being a Jedi is about and i am gratefull i can learn

The weather is wonderful and I have been able to take long walks in the morning.

So grateful for people who understand, or who are kind even if they don't.
