With temperatures dropping to -17, I can relate to not wanting to be outside.

I enjoy drinking water or tea with lemon, diffusing citrus scented oils, and meditation besides the ones already mentioned. Sometimes I'll open a window (for about three seconds) to get some fresh air.

Thanks for making this post and to everyone who gave me more ideas! :)

I love the outdoors and would go insane if I was stuck inside all the time. I don’t care what the weather is like, I have to get out and be in nature at least once a week!

This is a good topic and I feel it reminds us all not to be timid in the face of adversity. If it’s cold, spend some time experiencing the cold. If it rains, play in it! Just don’t let yourself get sick! And if you do, get rest and get better. ;)

I find that when I am stressed that a hot cup of valerian tea often helps. Especially before bed.

No. I was too lazy in my youth to get that far.
Now, I wish I would have.

Looks like you had fun and learned some stuff.

I've been a Boy Scout volunteer for 17 years and had been a Boy Scout Professional for three years in my 20's. Great program. Besides my son, I've seen boys grow up to be fine young men...and I helped. :)

But it's so coooold outside!

I heard that if everyday you walked barefoot on the earth and ate a tablespoon of honey, that you'd never get sick. (This woman is my grandmother's childhood friend. So far she's been healthy as a bee...)
