I enjoy drinking water or tea with lemon, diffusing citrus scented oils, and meditation besides the ones already mentioned. Sometimes I'll open a window (for about three seconds) to get some fresh air.

This is a good topic and I feel it reminds us all not to be timid in the face of adversity. If it’s cold, spend some time experiencing the cold. If it rains, play in it! Just don’t let yourself get sick! And if you do, get rest and get better.

I find that when I am stressed that a hot cup of valerian tea often helps. Especially before bed.

Looks like you had fun and learned some stuff.
I've been a Boy Scout volunteer for 17 years and had been a Boy Scout Professional for three years in my 20's. Great program. Besides my son, I've seen boys grow up to be fine young men...and I helped.
