If i may add on to this i have some basic tips for developing high twitch muscle. ie speed i have boxed and kick boxed for 3 years now also help 8 people at the gym with the way that they want to look feel and respond in mortal combat (in the ring of course) i have no time for people that use this out of the ring unless there is no other way to avoid it !

This is an interesting point, Akhi. This site provides a lot of advice for different ways to train so perhaps it's time to compile a FAQ. I shall ask around and see what can be done - many thanks for your offer of help!

As well as my resistance training and Fudoshin kickboxing, I also regularly use a simple form of Qigong and some meridian stretches to improve my physical wellbeing as well as my energy system. So here's some links to information in case anyone find it useful:
