30 minutes strength training(lower body main) and 20 minutes sword play. 50 plus 70 is 120 to date.

Today's stop: Eldridge. Iowa!
Two hours walking the parking lot...120 miles and 1 hour on the treadmill...60 miles. Today's total: 180 miles
Total miles so far: 420 miles!
Try to keep track of where you would be and post something about that place if you can! Let everyone "see" your trip!

30 minutes upper body strength and 45 minutes of sword play. That's 75 to add to 120, making 195.

I will post my results from yesterday at some point today. I am not near a computer for a while, only my cell.

For me today was 60 minutes of cycling plus 30 more minutes of upper body hiit workout that will make a total 90 miles for today.
and a total of 180 miles for me
in this journey (first from colombia) that will lead me to a small town "Villa de Leyva" one of the most beautiful towns in the entire world, with a colonial architecture and churches really pretty, it streets are in stone just like in the colonial days, making this a town with some old enchanted magic that the only thing that does is to love more to its visitors
