Would something like moving for work count? Take someone who works in retail. They're up on their feet moving and hauling stuff around their entire shift.

Or are you meaning outside of the ordinary? Like walking for the sake of walking, or biking for the sake of biking, etc etc etc

Outside of the ordinary. I am on my feet at work as well, but during our slow times, I literally just walk the parking lot. Our parking lot isn't that big, but I usually end up with several thousand extra steps per day. For example: When I have a normal day at work, I will probably walk 11,000 - 13,000 steps. When I walk the parking lot during slow times, that jumps to 18,000 - 23,000 steps.

Doing this is to get people moving more. Break the routine of the mundane! :)

40 minutes strength training(upper body main) and 30 minute saber training. My shoulders on fire for 70 miles.
