I've been working on this for a couple years and here's what I've come up with... There exists a minimal workout from the days of the Romans called "boot camp". It's been adapted over the years but is mostly the same

True it's bloody Baltic here and pointless going to the park in the pelting rain. Fortunately one can take body weight exercise anywhere. There is even a chin up bar you can buy which collapses in to small unit which I found online:
