I've noticed a lot of people asking about meditation and I wanted to add this to our temple library. It's from the audio CD "Practicing Mindfulness: An Introduction to Meditation" from The Great Courses. The lecturer is the illustrious Professor Mark W. Muesse from Rhodes College in Tennessee. There a twenty-four lessons, each about a half hour in length.
