No I don't understand... If even Jestor gets confused with the terminology, no wonder people try to fill-in the app before even registering for an account

Perhaps it would work best if you explain that we don't accept applications from people we don't know, and online that means we won't accept applications from people who've only shown interest in joining for less than 7 days.
