Letting go is something worth passing. I’m a music fan. I have my bands and my singers, artist and sounds.
It is said in a song about letting go: “if I could just let go I'd be set free. “
Often times I remember that the things that hold me can often be the things im holding on to. We all know most times what we need. If it takes a long time to understand somethings, letting go is one of those. Often times, it’s a choice. Don’t get me wrong, randomly letting things go isn’t very smart. Ya let everything go- ya got nothing to hold on to.
Balance
What - we let go- no one can tell some one else, I can’t tell you or anyone else what they need. To understand what to let go, some times we need to understand what we are holding. The old commercial of “what’s in your wallet” comes to mind.
For me, inventory or review can be as easy as identification. What’s of value to rid , keep or grow is and can only be most beneficial if it comes from us, inside. In there, it’s kinna hard to lie or be uncertain.
To let go ya gotta see what you got.
What’s worth keeping?
What’s worth not keeping?
What’s worth growing?
What’s harmful to us?
Letting go is a great idea. Doing it and where... takes time and practice. Happy seeking all y’all modern day Jeddist and May the Force continue to be with you.
Find out for yourself. Keep a good balance and always remember to wash your hands.
