As a rough outline, in the first week we'll start with the easiest meditation technique I know -- in fact, it's the very first thing you learned to do as a human. In weeks two and three, we'll share our experiences with what we've learned while we add new techniques (and I am hoping to bring in an old friend to show you a very Jedi form of meditation). Finally in week four, I'll show you the hardest technique I know.
