Welcome one and all to this, the occasion of bestowing Knighthood upon a worthy member of our Order. Let us begin the ceremony in reflective prayer:

His name is Vaevictus, and he was one angry puppy, lol. He was the culmination of a lot of things, bad parenting, social pressures, an uncaring world, and a whole hell of a lot of strong booze.
He thought he found salvation in discipline, and to a certain point he did, but it ultimately only served to feed his ego, and further the downward spiral.

My having legal custody of two beautiful little girls is most likely what kept me out of bars, but even that wasn't enough.
My life, even with Zhoe and Inda, was full of lack, because I was a fool and did not smell the roses Infront of my face.
Not until I was shown Compassion, did I begin to comprehend. It was alien to me, strange and unfamiliar.

It wasn't tolerance, it was flat out acceptance and compassion. Even when I became enraged and gave the council and the TOTJO the proverbial middle finger, you welcomed me back... Nowhere, was I shown the respect, and compassion that I was shown here. And you were the first to show faith, knowing I was a loaded canon...

Gratz, sorry I missed it. I actually had the day free and made plans to attend, thought I was on 30mins early...Changing timezones every other day wreaks havoc on scheduling...I don't even know what timezone I'm currently in...I think it's mountain, but I'm close enough to Washington that it could be Pacific...
