The Council of TOTJO is delighted to announce that Reliah has completed her apprenticeship in accordance with the requirements set out by TOTJO and to the satisfaction of the Council, and is therefore to be promoted to the rank of Knight of Jediism at a ceremony to be held in the near future (notice of which will be given shortly).

I'm sure that you will all want to join me in congratulating Reliah and her training master, Damion_Storm, on this achievement!
