What are some REAL bed time stories we tell our children at night before they sleep? What are some of the stories you were read? Do we read our children bed time stories? Please share here if you like for whom you read and for what reason and where you got the story from and what age and so on. Its worth passing its worth noting. Happy sharing

Okay, I'll start with two books that I may still remember ...
When my daughter was 4 or 5 years old, we started with some books by Jostein Gardner:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jostein_Gaarder
During Advent: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Christmas_Mystery
We read this book every year during Advent until she was eight or nine years old.
And I think she's still reading this book before Christmas ...
Then when she got a little older (9 or 10 years old) we started with this:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sophie%27s_World
we had really great conversations while reading it....
Highly recommended!

There is a story I recommend to my apprentices. It is a easy read.
Its a great story for kids to hear as well. Its from the Abrahamic faith.
You are special by Max Lucado
Its a kids story with great art by a great artist.
It has a good idea as well about stickers and why they stick.
I can post some more over time gladly.
