Connor L, Licensed Minister, Announcement, 2012

This is formal notice that Apprentice Connor L (formerly known as RiddleNox) has completed the Clerical Training Programme to the satisfaction of myself and the Council and as such he is awarded on this day, 26th December 2012, a License as Minister of the Force. Once he has attained Knighthood, Connor Lidell will be eligible for ordination as a Deacon. Until then, he is granted all the rights and responsibilities bestowed upon the title of Licensed Minister, including the use of the title "Reverend" (Rev.). Congratulations and welcome to the Clergy, brother!

A ceremony for the granting of the License will be held in Chat at a future date. Notice of this will be posted soon.
