This is formal notice that Jedi Senior Knight Akkarin has completed the Clerical Training Programme to the satisfaction of myself and the Council and as such he is awarded on this day, 20th June 2012, a License as Minister of the Force. Akkarin is also eligible for Ordination as a Deacon and a ceremony for this will be arranged in due course.

Until then, he is granted all the rights and responsibilities bestowed upon the title of a Licensed Minister, including the use of the title "Reverend" (Rev.). After the ordination ceremony, Akkarin will be eligible to use the suffix of OCP (Ordained Clergy Person) as well as being granted the additional rights and responsibilities of a Deacon of the Order.
