Junior's Grandmother was created by
Fellow Jedi,
My room mate, Junior, and his boyfriend are currently at a hospital in North Carolina (from the central region of New York state) spending the last moments of his grandmother's life with her. I know that this visitation will not end without the death of his grandmother, as she is critical condition and is not expected to outlast the weekend. I ask for the prayer of my fellow Jedi, if you would so graciously and humbly devote it so, to be given to both Junior's grandmother and her family so that his grandmother may pass easily and without painful complications and so that the family heals naturally and well afterwards. I thank you for your time and your concern.

As a Geriatric nurse this is all too familiar. It is really great that they managed to spend time with her. There are all too many elderly who have to face death alone, they are easily forgotten. It is good that we revererence those who paved the way for our futures. I will keep them in my prayers and thoughts. MTFBW them.

I can relate to your roommate in this. I have neither of my grandmothers. They both are greatly missed. But i always think of the good times we had and all the Christmas' and Thanksgivings had. Those thoughts are what conforts me and makes me smile. So my heart goes out their family. MTFBW them.
