if you had a starship......

I wanna know what kind of starship you guys would have.

my idea is an a-wing, but increase the size to the cockpit being as large and the Falcon's cockpit.

there would be a section to access turrets

and a social chamber or lounge in the front.


tell me what your ship would be.

and names, what would you call it?

I'd call mine the jackal fang.

it would be a homely civilian purpose built one.

then, i would recruit a few hundred chinese people on board it and find a cozy planet to set a colony on to, with a rational minded political leadership much like china.

the ships name would be empathy.

the people would be medically checked, thus this colony would be entirely free of all forms of harmful life forms such as parasites.

thus it would subscribe to chinese values such as efficacy, and itd be idyllic considering the hand picked volunteers.

I used to love designing ships. Especially in my younger days when the only sci-fi I had much access to was Alien, Star Wars, Trek, Gate, etc.

My personal design would be a light cruiser or yacht, enough to house at least one or two fighters. It'd be a blockade runner and I'd be a freelancer.

I'd have to base my design off of Serenity. So far the best ship I've seen in the Firefly class. Plenty of room for a decent crew and what not.

I'd like to have a light corvette (smth. like Defender-class) for 10-20 crewmembers with a perfect manoeuvrability and significant firepower that can chalange bigger ships.

hmmm...it would probably be some sort of frieghter like the millenium falcon, but large enough to house 2 xwing class fighters...the ship would be named anima(latin for spirit) and the fighters vires(latin for strength) and sapientia(latin for knowledge)....of course all 3 would be heavily modified

It would have to be Serenity, from Firefly. Hands down.
