Idk that I buy that babies 'think about thinking"....

Part of our development/evolution is simply our curiosity...

I wont argue that the baby wants to know more about something, but, I think it is a stretch (although Im not scientist, lol) that the baby knows, it wants to know....

Am I reading that right?

Yes Jestor , babies have a long time to know that they know nothing , some of m take 70 years or so to figure it out :laugh:
