Super Blood Moon was created by
So this Sunday (9/27/15 or 27/9/15) there will be both a Super Moon and a Total Lunar Eclipse. This will cause the moon to appear larger and brighter than normal AND be red.

Keep in mind, this occurrence won't happen again till 2033, so it is definitely something worth seeing

These are the best photos I could get considering they were from my phone. Nonetheless a amazing sight. I will be interested to see the pictures that will arise in the following days.

I just got back from this ...
With a close friend, Alex, we went to the upper level of the car park at the train station ; it afforded the best view (better would have been the cliffs overlooking the Lac Kir, but we didn't want to go that far).
We didn't bother taking photos of it : there would be journalists or photographers (amateur or not) who would very likely take better quality photos than we could have done with a mobile. The best thing was just to have the willingness to be there - not even to "experience" it - to live whatever relationship might open up with 'what is'.
There is a strange melancholy that has come into the rest of the angst : a lower resonance of a harmonic under an already soul-ful melody sighed along in RĂ© mineur ...

...I stayed up all night to watch. But the Moon where behind some trees.
Just a night and day destroyed

I saw nothing as it was too cloudy. You'd think that the Force would want me to marvel at its beauty, but alas, it was not to be.

Cloudy as hell, could barely see a thing with the binoculars. Watched it on the sloo with the rest of the world and loved every minute of it...

Too cloudy here in Michigan, so, I just went to bed. No sense staying up to watch nothing. I am glad some of you were able to watch it though!
