The Thoughts of Watts (Share) was created by Proteus
I try to listen to Alan Watts almost every day. I know at least a few others here who like to as well. Even just one helping of Watts can really make a difference in bringing us back to the truth of "here and now", if listened to with an open mind and an open heart, without trying so much to nit pick mathematical details of logic and accurate interpretation.

So this is a thread for us to share text, audio, and video by Watts, for any of us to visit in our day, and contemplate our own realities.

Remember, the thoughts of Watts are an open-ended world. The point of listening to him is typically not intended to start at a single point and arrive at a final conclusion. Both of those are determined only by you at anytime. Whatever you let yourself get from his material may be reflected in how you feel about things during and after each piece.

It is a big part of that 'back to basics' I keep going on and on about ... :blush:

Listening to Alan Watts (among others) frequently keeps us reminded of the foundations of our faith.

This is one I ran into earlier today, and it opened my thoughts up so much on things, it's wonderful! It doesn't get too "riddle-y" or mystical either... its one of his more practically worded seminars... I HIGHLY recommend this....
