Just saw this and didn't know it existed, so I want to share it.
Anyone who is living in England and Wales can report someone who is rough sleeping and then that person will be found and a bed found for them.
This is clearly not a permanent solution to homelessness, but it could prevent someone from freezing to death in the streets. I'd really like it if there were none of those stories this winter...
