Capitalism is the most revolutionary thing to have existed - we got robots on Mars and nearly everyone has a colour screen computer phones the size of their hand, with access to more information then has ever existed in one place ever before . Crazy!!
And its spreading..... revolution could be called a good business opportunity since money is the platform for innovation, all you need is a market. But not all innovation costs money, and therefore perhaps you mean revolutionary ideas, or some approach to conduct?
Unfortunately (perhaps) people seem to need to feel compelled to act, otherwise they will not bother. Take climate change for example.... its possible its real but what has anyone really done to change their lifestyle except perhaps turn a few unnecessary lights off each night? If you want to make a change you might need to start there, finding the what that will move em.
Fear works to a certain extent, but if it's not real then it will burn your credibility (at the least). And people don't like being played for fools, so being caught out manufacturing it would probably turn the mob back on ya!! But people cannot know the extent of what they do not know, and so things like terrorism for example seem to really try to create a narrative of oppression to motivate struggle to justify their conduct - and there is plenty of material to manufacture a biased view of the reality to suit their needs. It just needs people who think they have something to gain.
And so perhaps it is 'betterment' that works best, all that aspirational craving fits neatly into capitalism to form what we might call consumerism. Though consumerism burns people in the same sort of way, leading to discontent, detachment etc. I guess the trick in capitalism is not to fall for, or require, consumerism. Perhaps in socialist examples it was the idea of equality as an escape from participating in the dynamics of capitalism, but those things tended to be human nature, and socialist ideas seem not to translate too well into dealing with population growth, competition and other human instincts - but anything which appeals to those below the average of wealth will inevitably outnumber those above it.
Are you tired of the innovation revolution? It has its costs, but it has its benefits, and they perhaps only exist together. At least with innovation it promises the hope that the costs can be reduced. It just needs a mindset of efficiency, empathy and compassion and not succumb to greed and deform into a religion of self entertainment at all costs.

It is Braveheart - A delightful movie, and perhaps an interesting thought -
Mad Max managed to Unite The Clans (after...pretty much everyone died, they decided to lump in together)
and, if my abysmal recollection serves- We don't see the final fight - but they lost
As for soldiers -
The rank and file are not always brilliant tacticians, much less brilliant strategists.
You'll also need statesmen.
Ideally, if you can nail the last one - You won't need the other three

Ah, but James, I've been told that I can whip up a speech more fiery than Dr. King and more confident than JFK. There's your statesmen. I'll also be the strategist. I've read biographies galore.

Perhaps we might entertain the idea that we are already united, regardless of our differences. That includes the whole of humanity and beyond. That perhaps everything is trucking along just as it should. That maybe what some of us don't understand or don't see is there ... we simply don't understand or see it. That perhaps, Silas has already united the world. Silas is as integral a lynchpin as any of us...all of us. We are all one, after all.
But I know many of us cannot stay there, so resume, as is proper and correct.

Why do you have to bring Destro and Jinx into this? Cobra over here minding our own business trying to catch Snake Eyes and you drag us into your Jedi conquest? No thanks!
Now you know, and knowing is half the battle.
