Depends,.. when there is real catastrophy and mayhem i have a very level head and handle situations with utmost care and caution , but when i cannot find my car keys in the morning i can throw a fit that makes Kylo Ren look like the calm one...

When my frustrations are beyond my ability to focus I practice focusing with mindful meditation.
Anger is very useful. It gives focus and energy...but sometimes, the energy is more than we can focus.

My character as well. I work like a very efficient machine when sh** hits the fan, but if I can't find the remote or the printer has a paper jam, I switch to melt-down mode.
Do not look for happiness outside yourself. The awakened seek happiness inside.
