Worldbuilding
For those unfamiliar, I am talking about the process of creating a "world" from the ground up. Sometimes that just means a state (Hunger Games), sometimes it means altering Earth (LOTR), sometimes it means creating whole new planets (Star Wars).
I began creating one such world the other day. I found myself a forum to share my ideas with. But, I just had the urge to ask you guys if anybody was interested in the subject at all. I am creating languages (I've studied 5 languages, so I'm using my knowledge to craft a new lexicon based on Germanic grammar mixed with a little nonsense), cultures, geography, cosmology, theology, economy, and all kinds of fun stuff.
If you guys are interested in either listening to me drone on about this world for days, let me know. If you have world building ideas of your own, let me know and we can discuss those too.
If nobody cares about this, I will let it sink to the bottom of the forum on its own, no worries at all. haha. I just thought I might share in case my Jedi friends were interested in that sort of thing.
Also, I need help with some stuff... Namely the artistry. I can't draw. Especially maps and stuff... So, I may be looking for a volunteer (Vesha, you around?) to help me sketch out some things.
Thanks.

It was a fantasy series that spanned six books, four were the main story, one was somewhat of a sequel to the main quadrilogy, and the last was a prequel that eventually caused the main story, yet took place some forty-three thousand years prior. There was also a seventh book that was an encyclopedia that explained everything in the six books plus some extended universe type stuff. I still have everything tucked away in the back of my mind, but never had the time to get it all down into the books. The condensed version of the first book got me an A on a school project, though
I had created multiple religions and mythologies, a few hundred sentient and non-sentient races, a catalogue of demons (including the main characters and their race) several languages, and one story line for each book.
If i could write it all, I'm sure you would easily be able to pick out the heroes and their journeys and even see that in both the main hero and the main villain in his origin story.
Maybe I will get around to writing it now that I'm thinking about it again.

Pretty much as above I have basic plans for 8 books with religions, cities, towns, rulers etc. Only difference to Pars as above is the time frame is a lot shorter lol
