I'm going to have a pendant made for a necklace from a local jeweler. Check their website out so you can see the style they have.

I've decided that I want to have 2.5" x 2.5" black sapphire circle. Where I'm undecided is what colors to use for the inner star, the outer star and the outer circle. First I was going to have a yellow gold inner 16pt star with a white gold outer 5pt star and a silver circle. Then I was going to have a white gold inner 16pt star with a yellow gold 5pt star and a silver circle. THEN I thought of maybe keeping both stars white gold/silver and having a yellow gold circle.
If the 5pt star represents the code and the 16pt star represents the teachings, might one consider one to be more important than the other? I don't think so, and when you take into account the black and white symbolizing the interdependency of good and evil, the harmony of both, I wonder if yellow gold even has a place in this pendant. I've also considered having the outer circle become the snake eating its own tail.
What are you opinions? Yellow gold for one of the stars or should I stick with white gold to keep the original symbol intact? Maybe incorporate yellow gold into the actual necklace when I have that made? Decisions, decisions....

Cool!!!
I have a pendant from the totjo shop, but it is getting worn and I may get another. I like your idea. I would go with white gold
