Does time heal all wounds was created by
It's been while since I posted here within these halls of learning... And time away has brought many new challenges and many new oppitunities... there has been a change within my social circle.. A change I feel has brought calm... Nearly a year ago my best friend and I had a dispute bought about by miscommunication of sorts.. But in this time I have changed myself too, made new friends, taken a different social path.. In this time I have found calm, ease of conversation, gone out on days with my friends.. In a sence, life is very good... No not in a sence, life is good.. Though of late I missed my friend and even though I have held out an olive branch to her, it has been a futile exercise.. That said in my heart I feel that one day we will be able to move forward... That time will heal the wounds of our dispute.. Maybe not today, tomorrow or even a year but one day... Thank you for allowing to express my emotions

Thank you for sharing. Your wounds sound deeply emotional? They can take a lot of time but you sound at peace with yourself. Congratulations.

Time will heal the wounds, but there will still be scar tissue there.

Time heals nothing, its not one of times characteristics. Over time our feelings change due to the fact that we cary our "hurt feelings" for so long that we grow tired of holding on to them (resentment) and we are able to realize that there are more benefits to letting go of those hurt feelings than to keep them. Do not forget that forgiveness is being able to erase a debt and live with the consequences of the debt being erased. It is up to you to change your life, hope you make a good choice.!MAY THE FORCE BE WITH YOU Pm me any time hope this helps. Time allows for healing. In time we learn about ourselves, we have new experiences, and we have things happen to us that allow for us to contemplate our past mishaps, and realize what we may have done wrong or right. A change in our existence (change of friends, jobs, houses, etc.) helps us reformulate our understanding of who we are and how we view our "past life". The following quote is based on a Jedi's ability to "learn over time" to distance themselves from the illusions we form in our own minds.
"Right and wrong, good and evil, light and dark most of the time, they are illusions that prevent us from perceiving the greater reality. The Jedi have learned to distance themselves from these illusions, to seek the truth beneath the words"
- Luke Skywalker
edit - Sorry, forgot this part
All wounds are healed, but the experience that caused the injury should be remembered and learned from, in order to grow in knowledge and wisdom. If a wound did not heal, it is because you are still living in the incident. What is past is past and time stands still for no one. Move with time and all will be healed.
