I love this video. Neil Gaiman talks to the University of the Arts class of 2012.

I'm not very good at art (I'm pretty sure I just think in straight lines, I can't draw for toffee) but I always swap 'art' out for 'music' or 'poetry'. If you have time, I recommend a watch.
