My Current Absence (V-Tog)

Hi all...

Council aside, I know that some of you have been wondering where I've been so I want to make sure that no-one worries about me

I recently moved into a new flat and I don't have my internet sorted yet. I've now got a date of 5th June for the installation, so I should be back with you properly then.

Until then, I'm on and off, but I see all posts and messages on my phone via email, so if anyone needs me I will read your message the same day and will do my best to reply as soon as possible.

For those who have my personal email address or phone number/whatsapp I am of course contactable through those avenues.

I hope that you've all had a good few weeks and...I miss you guys! :blush:

Don't worry about it, because I'm sure we understand. So you can't make it back to the Temple for a while. Neither can a lot of other people here. (*Ahemyself*) I kind of find it funny when members of the Temple post a "leave of absence" notice. It's as if there's some type of "attendance quota" that we all have to "meet".

All things considered, given the on-line nature of our community, we all seem to fade in and out from time to time. And given the nature of the rest of 'hyper-reality' in which we move, the fading out and in of even that, perhaps from (t)here to another (t)here perhaps, in time and on time ...

A lot of it comes down to doing what we have to do, where we have to do it - in any 'here', on-line, in-line, as true representations or representations of truth - telling tales to ourselves in, of and on the information super-highway or the metaphysical motorway.

Not one for you to worry about

But when Teaching Masters are away for more than a week or two without letting anyone know, that's the same as if a teacher took a few weeks off school without telling anyone they weren't going to be coming in...

And the same as in any walk of life, when people take on positions of responsibility they are making a commitment to being there to actually fulfil the role that they have agreed to do. So whilst no-one is taking a register and checking that attendance doesn't drop below a certain percentage, it is my duty to be here and, when that is not possible, to ensure that you guys know what's going on and when I'll be back!

Internet duly installed and seems to be working fine!

As I'm sure you can appreciate I've got quite a lot of messages and threads to catch up on, so please be understanding. I'll do my best to reply to everything within the next few days
