My Star Wars Art was created by
The very first reproduction painting I ever did was of Ralph McQuarrie's vision of Hoth. From then on, I reproduced a bunch of his paintings, and then other Star Wars concept artists' paintings before starting my own original work. I have a DeviantArt account, so you can see all that I've done, but here's a few, for example:

Wow Streen, these are amazing! I really love the way you use light in your pictures. My personal favourites are probably the 2nd and 5th ones down but they're all fantastic!

Thanks for sharing :)

Thanks guys :) I appreciate the compliments, but remember these are reproductions. I wish I could take credit for the creativity of these landscapes and cityscapes, but that honor goes to people like Ralph McQuarrie and Erik Tiemens (my favorite artists  ) I'm not really that creative when it comes to landscapes, but I still love to copy other works.

Well that may be so, but I still wouldn't have a hope of reproducing something to this standard. And I also looked at your DeviantArt gallery and all of the stuff you have on there is just as good :)

I could add here my three tributes to the original trilogy, yet those are CG art, so I don't think they'd fit..
This anyway, despite not being film accurate at some points (which from the aesthetic point of view is irrelevant either way), is amazingly beautiful work indeed. Keep it up.

Great landscapes. Two things I've never quite got to grips with is colour tone and landscapes. Black and white sketches is what I generally stick too.
