On dogmatic religious intolerance:

This was sent to me a few years ago by a friend of mine in Moscow, and yet last night in the chat, the conversation in which we were engaged remembered it to me. It is not meant to be offensive, just cute and smirky -- but if anyone is offended, we can take it down.

Religion is like a penis :
It is great to have one,
And to be proud of it,
But --
One should not go waving it around in public
And please stop trying
To shove it down my throat.

couldn't agree more. I'm absolutely fine with people having different faiths but what I cannot stand is people trying to convert others or exporting their religions

I'm adding this here, because I feel:

A. Its funny ....
B. I think, without the profanity, Jesus would have alluded to this....

I actually am comfortable with them converting other people. I mean, they think that their religion is somewhat better and more beneficial and when they convert "unbelievers" they intend to do good (let's not go into benefits and menaces of religions, please).
But there is that other type of people: Those who get convinced of a religion so deeply that they start feeling offended or acting rude when their faith is questioned. These people abandon their long time friends, their families and their own treats. I think that a good religion should promote tolerance and understanding and those who are not capable of neither should not join and make unbelievers think bad of religions.

i used to go to a primary school ,or what ever you will call it, that only ever talked about God. i mean you couldnt be friends with anyone without being christian. stupit and unfair. pick on the half asian kid(me). but anyway if they are going to be push, push them out of your front door and be done with it:)
