Reliah is correct. Why couldn't that be the God or Jesus that one chooses to believe in? Christians view God and/or Jesus in very different ways amongst themselves. Especially between the different denominations. Some may depict God as a strict deity who demands obedience and worship and others may view Him as a carefree one who is all-loving and laid back. It's all a matter of perspective.

It's all very personal how one views the Divine. So you could very well view Jesus just like this.

Either! Both? Why not both? lol

Even being part of an organized Christian religion would require one to have their own idea of what/who/how God is, I would think. I know I have my own ideas. I also know which Christian religion my ideas are most in-line with. Not that I go to that church, or that I like that church... lol

Being brought up Catholic, we were told to trust the "experts", that they new best....

The Catholic God I was introduced to was not this God in the cartoon, well Jesus, son of God, whatever... lol...

It was not presented this way....

The Jesus of this cartoon, seems to be more the "wise man", the guru...

Sorta on line with Buddha... to me...

Just a wise old hippy, spreading peace, love and oneness...

Whereas the Catholics tried telling me I owed God, and that I was born to sin, and i needed to repent and apologize everytime I cussed, touched myself, put my elbows on the table, didn't say "excuse me" when passing gas...

Then, the priests drink, evangelists get caught with drugs and hookers, and then think its all good cause I can step into a box, tell some "spokesperson for god" what I've done and he hands out my punishment?

Just my thoughts ... lol...

I'm a terrible Christian. I don't even believe in the Trinity. But, by definition, I am a Christian. Well.. A Christian Jedi anyway
