Xena VS Buffy

Who would beat who in a fight; Xena:Warrior Princess, or Buffy the Vampire Slayer? Now let's look at the facts. Buffy has super powers, Xena does not (atleast that we know of). Xena killed a majority of the major Olympian gods, whereas Buffy only defeated one god once. Xena has demonstrated greater strength than Buffy, as well as combat prowess and awareness. Xena has also defeated gods such as Ares and Odin. Both Xena and Buffy have died atleast once, but returned from the grave. So, anyone who knows the two of these ladies well: who would win?

what the heck, I'll bite...

Xena has her strength and cunning, and so does Buffy (possibly multiplied by superpowers) along with possible support elements from Vamps, Witches, and demons, Now Xena has many friends that may assist in an all out battle...

but when it comes to a One on One, Buffy is both as intelligent, and stronger, along with better trained and capable with a wide variety of weapons so I say Buffy would win in the one on one...

though in an all out conflict, I think it would be a drawn out heavy casualty affair with both sides hurting the crap out of each other, both have many allies, and both have many POWERFUL allies... it may end up with everyone dead

I'd like to think that they'd acknowledge respect for each other, share interesting tales and forge a bond of friendship that would allow them to occasionally kick *ss as a team. But then I'm an optimistic kind of a guy....

well, I guess i was under the impression of that not being an option (brain control, spell, unknown plot device,etc) they would be an awesome team though

Actually it depends on the circumstances. If Gabrielle was there, she'd probably find some way to talk Xena out of fighting Buffy if it was an option. If it came to blows, though, Xena's superior hand-to-hand and armed combat knowledge would probably give her the advantage.
