Saw an article on this today, actually sounds a bit funny and enjoyable, though I doubt it really has anything to do with god and history, just an MMO set during that time

they did have quite a few games back in the early 90's that were based on religious stories....my friend's parents ran the christian bookstore and they were always pushing the games on him...of course neither of us would play them...it seemed rather propagandist to me...
