It's incredible that half the viewers could possibly miss such a thing...I mean miscaluculating the answer is one thing, but are half of us really THAT oblivious???

it's easy not to notice your sorroundings when you're told to focus on one specific thing...while i spotted 2 of the 3 anomolies i know why i missed the third...but i did get the correct number for the first part, so i'm not completely oblivious...i watched the video a second time specifically looking for the 3rd anomoly and still almost missed it due to how it occurs...

Fair enough. It might have happened to me as well if I hadn't caught a word or 2 in the text out of the corner of my eye before playing it. For that matter I didn't see a third anomoly.

Ok, I reread the article and still did not see how many people also got the right number of passes. To me, it seems that that would be equally as important....

Too many people in the world can not focus enough to notice things like that when that much motion is presented to them......

Being of singular focus can also be a blessing, rather, not easily distracted...

I would like to take the test again, or a similar test, without a given task to see if i would spot all three anomalies. I missed one pass when the first and second anomalies happened due to my noticing them.
