I don't know... I didn't find it offensive or anything, but I didn't find it all that funny either. There were a few parts which were funny, but taken as a whole I was just not left with an impression of humor.
the only part i was a bit cautious with was the end...the rest i found amusing, but i think the first one was way funnier
