Good Omens - by Neil Gaiman and Terry Pratchett
Two of the best and FUNNIEST sci-fi/fantasy writers going. Pratchett is famous for the Discworld series. Gaiman wrote the book made into the film 'StarDust'.
Good Omens is a litgtle bit ireverent and a total rip-take of 'The Omen'.
Its a comedy battle between a demon angle and an arc-angle. It starts with babies being swapped mistakenly in a hospital by an evil nun - involves suicidal paintball games (at a management anger weekend) hell hounds as pets and more. Have a laugh!
