In a choice between that and 'Religion for Atheists' I chose the latter, and regretted it. I will buy the book eventually...

It's amazing. I bought the audiobook, too, for when I'm traveling. I lurve it good.

As for the OP, that is still (in all seriousness) my favorite guided meditation.
