i think the article is about indianas "religious freedom act" which is described as supporting certain types of discrimination based on the discriminators religion

an example is contraceptive control - my religion says that god doesnt want you to use certain types of contraceptive measures (which really means "i am offended by it") and so my company doesnt have to provide health care coverage which would allow you access to said contraceptive methodology

another issue this will affect is bathroom choice for transgenders

this is why being offended is not an apporopriate justification for social regulation

because it cuts all ways and it never ends

we all suffer eventually

Id say "we all have, or will, suffer at some point"...
