I just took it to mean suckie customer service but that may because I deal with stuff like that at work. It's funny too.

What, it comes as a surprise to you that philosophy doesn't answer questions the way you'd like it to? Or that philosophers , like all other people in tech support, don't actually know anything about tech support? :silly:
