Just another reward for completing the IP

I didn't notice any elephants last time I completed it, now I feel cheated...

There's no reason why not...there are other rank-based groups within the Temple, as you may well be aware...

Obviously you'd just have to think about how it could be fairly self-governing (i.e. runs itself without too much pressure on individuals), as usually people are only Initiates for a relatively short period of time, in the grand scheme of things

But if you want to explore the possibility, go right ahead...

If you are thinking of using the website's group function, you would have to ask the Council for permission as only admins can create groups. I'd suggest sending one or all of the Councillors a PM with your proposal, if/when you have one.

There was actually talk of this at one point. There was a long discussion wherein were discussed novices, initiates, the IP, stick-around rates for people who join, etc., and the idea of a "group" to help novices talk through the IP, and for initiates to hang out and learn together (or help novices) was tossed around a few times. I'm most definitely for the idea, personally. I think, eventually, the most I saw happen from that discussion (from my limited perspective and finite knowledge on this side of apprenticeship/knighthood) was the "IP Discussion" board.

I still think it'd be a great idea, though.
