Exactly. Death is a part of life. Therefore to be denied death (it's never happened as far as I know, although we could look at modern medical/care practices in regards to extension of life) is wrong, as it is something all other life has.
The cartoon represents death as a completed life, an achievement to be celebrated, and life as a struggle toward that completion/achievement.

Not me. As long as everything is working well and my brain is sound (I know, I know, so may not think it's very sound now :laugh: :silly: :woohoo: ) I wany all the years I can get! Beyond death may be the next adventure but I'm not done with this form's adventures yet.

I never heard it from you, but there is a Persian saying that says the exact same thing.
I'm saying, if both ren and people from ancient Persia reached to that truth... whose to say they are wrong?
