I actually know a lot of women who use the Go Girl for camping and when they're in places that only have port-a-potties. Apparently they're really good for not having to get near germ-y toilet seats. I also have heard that a lot of transguys use them at stand-to-pee devices for public restrooms. They make a brown one that is pretty indiscreet, especially since nobody exactly stares at someone going to the bathroom. I don't think I would personally feel confident using one, but I've heard they're good.
