I go to school and sip some water from the water fountain at around 7AM. Then, I don't eat till around 10:30AM or 12:30PM. If I don't get to eat at 10:30AM, and I have a half hour break, I eat a single serve bag of potato chips (100-220 calories). After 12:30PM, I don't eat anything till around 4:15 PM. Then I have whatevers in the fridge, and then I have dinner at around 7PM.

Though out the day, I have at least one Coke Zero (yes, that's bad, I know!) but I also drink a lot of water (which is good, I know!) If I can get my hands on it, I rarely get to drink orange juice.

Simple carbs and fat

Like what?

I have dinner at around 7PM.

and that consists of?

Seems to me you carbs are simple, you don't eat much protean or healthy fats.

Carry some protean bars and little bags of mixed nuts/trail mix. That's easy.

Have whole wheat toast with cheese or yogert for breakfast. That's simple.

Include complex carbs (grains, rice and beans) for supper. More wheat bread, can beans, rice. Depending on who's cooking this shouldn't be too hard to add to a meal and eat portions of.

Fresh fruit and veggies. Eat what you like don't worry about the calories.

Protean and healthy fats along with complex carbs will help you feel satisfied.
