Mozart, Bach pour cardio ...

Muscu, plutôt Debussy ou quelque chose qui bouge

3 lots of 10 minute sessions a day, 5 days a week is the recommended ;)

As for my music... well whatever I feel like listening to at the time. I can listen to pretty much anything lol

A few weeks ago some people might remember me saying I was working out to Britney Spears at 1am in the morning :P

LOL. Yeah...I've got Toxic on the iPod (not exercise playlist, but she's on there, too, haha.)

I got an eclectic playlist, I admit it.

Ahhh, I love good classical music, too.

Not for exercising, but for relaxing.

I downloaded some NIN and exercised to "Wish" today...WOW!

That was some heart-thumping, industrial pumping, mind crunching, body-rushing fun!

And I'm not being over-the-top...awesome!

(Note to all, that song has explicit content, so be warned if you decide to treat your ears to it.)

Whenever I exercise or do any sort of work, I adore listening to film scores, particularly those that are very intense and energetic. For example, I dare any of you to listen to the following song while you exercise and not get pumped up by it:

I listened to it Ace.

And I liked it...but.....

I can't exercise to it. Haha.

I'd rather sit on my couch with popcorn and watch the movie.

Usually I find myself listening to a lot of hardcore metal when I exercise. The high intensity drum work coupled with extreme rhythms keep me in tune with what ever I'm doing at the moment and give me a tempo. Progressive and death styles are much more musically well constructed, and I find it awkward trying to jog to crazy solos over a rhythmic breakdown :P

As Blood Runs Black

All Shall Perish

Asking Alexandria

Bring Me The Horizon (Pray For Plagues album)

I also like to toss in some nu-metal for variety.

Mushroomhead (I find it very invigorating!)

Slipknot

Disturbed (The Sickness, the other albums turned more into a melodic-thrash style which puts me off kilter when training)

And last but not least, Lordi, their music for some reason I find inspirational in that montage way, even with the ridiculous themes!
