If you need assistance, I have years of martial arts training and have also thought about making a " Jedi" workout. Mine mainly focuses on core, martial arts for speed and endurance, free weights for muscles and stretching, and tai chi as a form of active meditation. This combination works well for me but isn't for everyone.

Hopefully this example helps and if you want someone to bounce ideas off of let me know.

Good luck on all your endeavors,
MTFBWY

I'm thinking of devising a workout plan/exercise regime that would be realistic for a Jedi to uphold, I was curious if others would also like to follow my plan as I devise it?

I'll update this post specifically as I go along, but just thought I'd ask if anyone would be interested in it, I'll obviously do a Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced workout so people can progress.

So if you're interested in a potentially (global) fitness plan then post below :) I'm thinking at the moment it should consist of 2hrs exercise a day, a martial art or two, meditation & dietary ideas.

As a former personal trainer and current martial artist I find others workout plans interesting.

Good to see I'm not alone Ryu. Where were you at? I've been a sand sailor the whole time.

I'm definitely down. Ever since I quit playing soccer, I've let myself get pretty badly out of shape. :/

This idea seems to be drawing a lot of interest. I may do some reading and draw on my experience and that of my peers and see what I can throw together for a little patch job. Unless in doing so, I step on somebody's toes. I do not wish to offend the OP, given it was their idea to do it.
