VRT Bodybuilding
VRT consists of movements that are based on visualizing heavy resistance such as weightlifting. Any equipment resembling a barbell, dumbbell, machine ect. is visualized in this particular manner by flexing the muscle and moving through a range of motion. Its a powerful method and creates muscle in shorter time without the stress of the joints, tendons and ligiments. This I feel is one of the best source of force training by using your mind to connect with the body and yet never need to go to the gym.

So instead of working out, you pretend to work out?
Skeptical, but I'll research it a bit before passing judgment.

Its a workout believe me I wouldn't be doing it if it wasn't. Its a flexing and relaxing type method like muscle control, with deep breathing and concentration. You visualize a heavy resistance and you make the muscles quiver like if you're lifting weights. Try it out.

not really, ur mostly standing in place, no jumping. Say for example ur doing a bicep curl, you visualize lifting a barbell or dumbbell and you flex as you move in that type of position and at the top of the movement you relax. I have a video that is similar to this type of training if you wish to know more.

Yeah, I thought you meant it was all mental.
Dynamic tension has been around for a while, particularly in certain martial art kata (Sanchin being a prime example). Obviously, dynamic tension can be added to virtually any activity, and quite obviously has tremendous results:

Exactly....Its like dynamic tension except its visualizing lifting heavy objects. Shaolin Monks are known to do muscle tension exercises to develop muscle control.
