At my last job before this one I was a Vocational Rehabilitation Specialist and I also participated in the day and afternoon programs. I was given a couple of opportunities to lead the group in an activity and I did Tai Chi any chance I got. It was something I enjoyed doing and a way to kill time and keep everyone focused and active. I have never seen someone do Tai Chi sitting other than my clients doing it with me. This is really great. I didn't think about how to incorporate Single Whip. She does that in part 2. I have the link here:
