Yoga is not just about the body, but is a holistic practice embracing peace of mind, body and spirit.

Yoga is traditionally made up of four 'paths':

Karma Yoga - work and service
Bhakti Yoga - devotion
Rāja Yoga - control of the mind (includes hatha and ashtanga yoga, common yoga practices)
Jñāna Yoga - wisdom and knowledge
